Suffolk Wedding Photography | Woodhall Manor | Beth + Matt

Beth + Matt are such a fun couple to know!

You may remember, a few months ago, I subjected them to my crazy idea of throwing leaves all over them for their engagement shoot in Chalkwell Park. Well, I didn’t go that far on their wedding day but they were showered with confetti in one of my favourite confetti shots yet!

These guys were married on Valentine’s Day, 14th February, at the stunningly gorgeous Woodhall Manor in Suffolk. Beth hoped for snow but, despite the cold, it wasn’t to be. She still went ahead and wore her fantastic navy cloak, though, that her Mum made for her 🙂 This wedding was all about the heart and soul of these two. It was the epitome of the perfect English country wedding with some beautiful, subtle details sprinkled throughout the whole day. From the pretty little blue pin that Beth wore on her dress which belonged to her Grandmother, to the Batman and Robin socks (with capes on!) worn by the Groom and his Best Woman, Emily. I loved the subtle addition of Pride and Prejudice confetti on the dinner tables – Beth’s favourite book – and, during their formal portraits, Stu unwittingly became a Dementor, much to Beth’s delight, when he wound up wearing her cape because his hands were full!

There are so many great moments I could mention. The bacon butties for breakfast, the cute little flower girls and an exceptionally proud set of parents all looking on as these two got married. But the best part is seeing how much these two adore each other. As I’m sure you’ll see for yourselves below…

Thank you, Beth + Matt, for inviting us to come and capture your day. We loved every moment and hope you love your photographs xxx
