“Wall”, Berlin, 2017

Tucked away in a quiet Berlin park, this fragment of the Wall stands weathered and scarred, its concrete split and steel bones jutting through. By the time I found it, late afternoon light was spilling through the trees, scattering shadows across the surface like a reminder that even the heaviest histories get softened by time. What was once a barrier now feels almost hidden, slowly disappearing into the green.
